Carefree Guarantee Medical Plan—included with boarding and daycare
Canine Companions' on-site veterinary hospital cares for your pet's medical concerns while you are away at no extra cost. The Carefree Guarantee medical plan is included with all boarding and doggy daycare services.

What is covered:  

• Should your pet exhibit any illness or injury while at our facility, we will arrange treatment for your pet at the Canine Companions Veterinary Hospital. 
• Your pet is covered for a combined maximum of $300 for veterinary, surgical, and medical treatment. 
• If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your pet cannot appropriately be treated at our veterinary hospital, the Carefree Medical Plan will pay for treatment, up to $300, for your pet at another facility, approved by us.
• In the event we need your pet's veterinary records for care, we will need your authorization to obtain medical records.

What is not covered:

• Pre-existing medical conditions (examples include, but are not limited to, cancer, epilepsy, diabetes, hip dysplasia, congenital abnormalities, etc.)
• Pre-existing illness or injury
• Behavioral issues
• Vaccinations
• Treatments not provided at Canine Companions Veterinary Hospital unless approved by us in advance
• Injuries resulting from same family multi-pet boarding
• Irritated or tender paws due to play
• Fleas, ticks, or other parasites

Should a potential concern arise after departure we must be notified within 48 hours.
